Our second RUN-FIT programme of 2014 will start on Friday 2nd  July and runs for 4 weeks,

For those of you who haven’t attended before, this course was designed by Neil and is a prehabilitation programme, concentrating on technique, strength and performance.

This year our new sports physio Wil Denton (an experienced runner himself), will deliver the course on Wednesday’s and Friday’s – 9.00-10.00am down at the Chamonix Track,
