Pre RUN FIT
Starting Tuesday 16th April and lasting for 3 weeks only, Neil will hold 2 circuit classes a week in the Clinic, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 9-10am (6 sessions) 60€ for all 6 sessions.
Will start Tuesday 7th May and last for 4 weeks, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 9-10.45am
(8 sessions) Price 120€
Track session 9.00-9.45am at the Chamonix running track, followed by Indoor Circuits, core work, balance and stretching at the Clinic.

Using his experience as a senior club athletics coach and as a Physio to Olympic runners / triathletes and UTMB athletes he will deliver a four week course aimed technique, training, injury prevention and a host of other elements. There will be two sessions per week and the time will be divided between the track and the gym at the clinic.
Video Analysis will be a core part of the Track sessions along with drills for running technique. The sessions will be fun and appropriate for all levels of runner from beginner to elite – everyone works at their pace.
