Our RUN-FIT programme has started
Our RUN-FIT™ programme has just started and there are still a few places left if you’d like to come along. For those of you who haven’t attended before, this course was designed by Neil and is a prehabilitation programme, concentrating on technique, strength and performance. This year our new sports physio Wil Denton (an experienced runner himself), will deliver the course on Wednesday’s and Friday’s – 9.00-10.00am down at the Chamonix Track.
