When’s the best time for a Sports Massage during your ski week in Chamonix?
One of the best times for a sports massage or ‘tune up’ is in the middle of a typical ski week. This is around the time you begin to feel the effects of continuous daily exercise, often continuing to ski even when the body is asking for a rest. This is also when you most often get hurt. A sports massage can improve performance by keeping muscles at their peak of flexibility and strength and it can reduce the unpleasant side effects of heavy exercise, such as stiffness and muscle soreness.
Where minor injury occurs, due to over exertion and overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively.
